Assistant Construction Superintendent
Minneapolis, MN | Full-Time | $80k-$110k

We’re partnering with a leading developer and builder to add an Assistant Construction Superintendent to their growing team. This role supports the Superintendent and Project Manager in overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring multi-family projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a motivated field leader with strong communication skills and experience driving productivity and collaboration on-site.

Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily field operations with trade partners and stakeholders
• Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA/company policies
• Track project progress, document site activities, and report potential delays
• Support scheduling, materials management, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Participate in meetings and communicate updates to the project team
• Assist with punch list completion and project close-out

Assistant Superintendent Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a field leadership or foreman role
• Background in multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000–$110,000k
