The Candidate will have:
• Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor in a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent role (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree : Const.Management, Civil Engineering or similar construction related degree (Required)
• Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)
• Experience working with large project teams (Preferred)
Overview:
The Assistant Superintendent helps with all project site responsibility with regards to safety & overall quality execution. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors and individual trades to ensure contract compliance for all (commercial, hospitality / multifamily, healthcare - medical) projects. Serves as full time onsite-manager for the company and maintains open and clear communication with subcontractors, owners, facility, and construction team.
