What We're Looking for:
- 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and budgeting/forecasting
- Experience in manufacturing accounting or multi-entity operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance
- Experience with financial software systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
- Proven track record in team leadership and collaboration with cross-functional departments
- Ability to drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close and prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage financial reporting, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of their tasks
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to optimize business operations
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Support the audit process and assist with external audit requests
