    We are looking for an assistant school director that will take pride in the development and implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum with experience of doing so.     Job Description We are looking for a motivated Assistant Center director. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood education is preferred but not required. We are looking for an individual with creativity that can bring positive management skills and lead a team.

    Responsibilities

    The safety and security of the children in your care is your #1 responsibility

    Develop strong relationships with our staff, families and community

    Perfect licensing visits

    Grow enrollment using your creativity

    Decrease staff turnover

    Hire great teachers

    Maintain accurate record-keeping, both state and GSI requirements

    Support staff in daily tasks and classroom management

    Manage and maintain child care services in accordance with licensing

    Team and family engagement

    Qualifications

    BA, BS Degree, or Master’s degree in early education preferred but not required

    Prior Managerial/Leadership experience in a child care setting

    Proven track record of growing school enrollment

    CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

    Outstanding customer service skills, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and handle a variety of situations effectively

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
