We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Assistant Director to join our growing early childhood education program.
This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in childcare operations, family engagement, staff leadership, and enrollment growth. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of results.

Qualifications
Current Texas Child Care Director's License (Required)
Minimum 3 years of childcare leadership experience
Experience supervising teachers and support staff
Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards
Experience with enrollment, tours, and family retention
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead by example and hold staff accountable
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the center
Support staff coaching, training, and development
Conduct exceptional tours that convert prospects into enrollments
Build relationships with current and prospective families
Follow up with leads and help increase enrollment
Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
Support employee accountability and performance expectations
Partner with leadership to achieve center goals and growth objectives
