    The Learning Experience in Ahwatukee is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Center Director to help lead daily operations and support our growing school community. This leadership role partners closely with the Center Director to ensure strong classroom quality, maintain licensing compliance, support enrollment efforts, and guide teaching staff.

    What You Will Do

    • Support the Center Director with daily school operations and administrative responsibilities • Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining proper classroom ratios • Help coach, mentor, and support teaching staff to ensure classroom quality • Conduct tours and assist with enrollment and family engagement • Ensure compliance with Arizona childcare licensing requirements • Support staff meetings, trainings, and school events • Help maintain a positive and organized school environment for children, staff, and families

    Arizona Requirements

    • Minimum three years of experience in an administrative or management role in a licensed childcare center • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required • Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services licensing requirements • Experience working in early childhood education required
