What You’ll Do:

Partner with the Center Director to lead daily school operations

Coach, mentor, and support teachers

Create a warm, welcoming experience for families

Maintain licensing standards and ensure program quality

Support enrollment, retention, and overall school success

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in early childhood education (leadership experience preferred)

Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
