Responsibilities: • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement Qualifications: • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Food handling license required • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
