We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the overall management of our school, ensuring a high standard of care and education for our students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Support staff development through training and mentorship, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and enhance the school's reputation.
    • Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support their growth and development.
    • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
    • Have schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the school (may need to open or close some days)
    • Be able to jump into any classroom at any time

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a management role within an educational setting.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain stability and consistency in the school environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in early childhood education.
    • Familiarity with classroom flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
