    Assistant Center Director

    Location: The Learning Experience - Ledgewood Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends) Pay: $48,000 - $55,000 per year

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the Center Director in developing strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff.

    Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.

    Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of children and families.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and engaged.

    Assist with budget and financial planning, ensuring expenses remain within guidelines.

    Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.

    Continuously evaluate and improve programs and services, seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field (preferred).

    Prior experience in early childhood education leadership or administration.

    Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

    A genuine passion for early education and creating a positive, happy learning environment.
