    What You'll Do

    Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations

    Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care

    Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies

    Assist with staff education, training, coaching, and performance management

    Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused culture

    Monitor and maintain quality care standards and clinical outcomes

    Serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff, residents, and families

    What We're Looking For

    Active LPN or RN license (RN preferred)

    Minimum of 3 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience

    Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but we welcome strong clinical nurses ready to advance into management

    Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

    Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

    Passion for resident-centered care and team development
