    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our long-term care team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about resident care and ready to grow into a leadership role within a supportive and collaborative environment.

    In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to support and guide our nursing staff, ensure exceptional quality of care for residents, and help maintain smooth day-to-day clinical operations. You will play a key role in mentoring team members, fostering a positive workplace culture, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations

    Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff

    Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance

    Assist with staff development, training, and performance management

    Promote a collaborative, positive, and team-oriented culture

    Qualifications

    Active LPN or RN license (RN preferred)

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting

    Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

    Experience with EMR systems required

    Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
