Responsibilities
- Direct oversight of site nursing managers and chronic care nurse manager
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate RN, LPN, and MA staffing and performance
- Lead Chronic Care Management and act as primary contact for the ACO
- Oversee the Vaccine for Children Program, infection control, and occupational health processes
- Foster an environment where nursing staff practice at the top of their licensure and skillset
- Develop onboarding and continuing education curriculum for RNs, LPNs, and MAs
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staffing, performance, and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality, compliance, patient access, utilization management, and strategy
- Lead readiness for regulatory surveys (Joint Commission, NCQA, DPH, FTCA, HRSA)
- Manage clinical supplies, equipment, and adherence to safety standards
- Participate in budget development with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Medical Director
- Conduct patient satisfaction reviews and act on feedback to enhance care delivery
- Run the annual Flu clinic for employees
- Travel to both Brighton and Waltham sites and attend required leadership/clinical meetings
Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years RN experience, including 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- 3+ years in primary care or community health
- Experience with nurse management in complex healthcare systems
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole) preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care and reducing healthcare disparities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse populations
- Flexible to attend off-hour or weekend meetings as needed
