    Responsibilities

    • Direct oversight of site nursing managers and chronic care nurse manager
    • Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate RN, LPN, and MA staffing and performance
    • Lead Chronic Care Management and act as primary contact for the ACO
    • Oversee the Vaccine for Children Program, infection control, and occupational health processes
    • Foster an environment where nursing staff practice at the top of their licensure and skillset
    • Develop onboarding and continuing education curriculum for RNs, LPNs, and MAs
    • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staffing, performance, and patient outcomes
    • Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality, compliance, patient access, utilization management, and strategy
    • Lead readiness for regulatory surveys (Joint Commission, NCQA, DPH, FTCA, HRSA)
    • Manage clinical supplies, equipment, and adherence to safety standards
    • Participate in budget development with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Medical Director
    • Conduct patient satisfaction reviews and act on feedback to enhance care delivery
    • Run the annual Flu clinic for employees
    • Travel to both Brighton and Waltham sites and attend required leadership/clinical meetings

    Requirements

    • Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
    • Master’s Degree preferred
    • 5+ years RN experience, including 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
    • 3+ years in primary care or community health
    • Experience with nurse management in complex healthcare systems
    • Current BLS certification
    • Strong knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office
    • Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole) preferred
    • Commitment to patient-centered care and reducing healthcare disparities
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse populations
    • Flexible to attend off-hour or weekend meetings as needed
