Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience and be an integral team player with experience in Wound Care, Infection Prevention, quality resident care, survey readiness, and team building.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), RN supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing the nursing department's daily operations. The ADON helps oversee clinical staff, ensures quality patient care, maintains regulatory compliance, and assists with staff education and training. This leadership role requires strong clinical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

• Licensure:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

  • Long-term care or acute care experience preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of nursing regulations and compliance standards

  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
