Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS)

Job Summary:
The ADNS performs nursing leadership functions in accordance with facility policies, state/federal regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements:

• RN license in NH (or compact license)
• 1+ year long-term care experience, including supervisory experience
• Knowledge of PDPM/MDS, Medicare/Medicaid, and geriatric nursing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist Director of Nursing with daily operations, staffing, and compliance
• Monitor resident care, medication administration, and care plans
• Provide leadership, staff training, and direct care as needed
• Ensure adherence to policies, HIPAA, and safety standards
