The Primrose School at Colorado Station is excited to be growing their Leadership Team!

Our school is centrally located in Denver at I-25 and Evans and only one block from the Colorado Station light rail station. The Primrose School at Colorado Station is open from 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

This position would require (not limited to) the following duties:

• Opening and closing the school.
• Parent and Teacher Communication/Conversations.
• Assist with parent tours and orientations.
• Filing, organizing office and front desk.
• Answering phones and intercom codes.
• Work directly with Leadership Team based on the needs of the school.

Our Leadership Team currently consists of our Director of Business Operations, Director, Assistant Director of Education, and an Office Assistant. Our team is incredibly close and we are looking for someone to join who our team who is experienced, but also fits in well with our beliefs, passion for child care and love of laughter. Our goal everyday is to offer our students, teaching team and parents the best experience possible and all while having fun!

Our team is looking for the following skills:

• Professional communication with co-workers and parents.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Willing/able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Organized and able to practice time management skills, detailed oriented.
• Flexible schedule, able to assist other leadership team members when needed.
• Willing to accept feedback and continue to grow, adjust when needed.

Required for this position is a Director level based on the point system in Colorado Shines. Classroom experience with multiple age groups (Infants thru Pre-Kindergarten) and Primrose experience is preferred, but not required.
