    Facility Overview
    A senior living community providing residential services, property management, maintenance operations, and support services within a continuing care retirement setting.

    Position Summary / Responsibilities
    • Assist with oversight of maintenance operations, utilities, preventative maintenance programs, safety systems, and capital projects
    • Supervise maintenance staff, assist with hiring, training, evaluations, scheduling, and departmental operations
    • Support project management activities including vendor coordination, budgeting, inspections, maintenance documentation, and construction communication

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Five (5) to seven (7) years of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or trade school experience required
    • Knowledge of construction practices, maintenance systems, safety procedures, and computer applications required
