Precision Door Service is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Door Install Technician to support our installation team. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the trades. You will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial garage doors while learning hands-on skills from experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with installing garage doors, openers, tracks, and hardware

Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment

Support troubleshooting and basic repair tasks under supervision

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers

Complete basic documentation and job reports as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction, mechanical work, or a related field is a plus but not required

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor (bending, climbing, standing)

Basic familiarity with hand and power tools

Valid driver’s license
