🔍 About the Role: Full-Time Assistant Teacher As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside lead educators to implement daily routines, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and support each child's development through active supervision and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum

Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Supervise and engage children with warmth and enthusiasm

Support classroom organization, sanitation, and daily transitions

Communicate professionally with parents and team members

Maintain compliance with Alabama DHR licensing standards

👶 What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required (CDA or coursework in ECE preferred)

Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is a plus

Energetic, dependable, and a team player

Passionate about child development and education

Able to meet all state and center training requirements
