About Us: Visionz Designs is a fast-growing apparel production company specializing in high-quality screen printing, embroidery, retail finishing, and fulfillment. We're known for precision, creativity, and delivering top-tier custom products to our clients.

The Role: We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Embroidery Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes direction well, and is ready to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

Shadow our current embroidery lead and assist with daily tasks

Help load garments onto machines and prep them for embroidery

Trim threads, inspect garments for quality, and assist with packing

Organize job materials and prep threads based on design specs

Support routine machine cleaning and maintenance

Assist in other production departments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and do hands-on work

Eagerness to learn embroidery production

Previous production or warehouse experience a plus, but not required

Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team
