Secrets Hideaway Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Assistant Entertainment Director to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, understands lifestyle hospitality, and knows how to turn unforgettable guest experiences into powerful online content.

Position Overview
The Assistant Entertainment Director supports the planning, coordination, and execution of resort entertainment while helping grow the Secrets brand through engaging social media and digital content. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the energy and flow of our entertainment programming.
Key Responsibilities
🎉 Entertainment & Event Support
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing themed parties, live entertainment, and special events
Coordinate with DJs, performers, vendors, and internal departments
Ensure events run smoothly and align with brand standards
Help manage event timelines, staffing, and performance flow
Social Media & Content Creation
Create and appear in engaging social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, live videos, etc.)
Capture event highlights and behind-the-scenes moments
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Maintain brand voice, image, and professionalism across platforms
Administrative & Leadership Support
Assist with team scheduling and staff coordination
Maintain entertainment calendars and event documentation
Communicate clearly with department heads and resort leadership
Support budgeting, booking confirmations, and performance agreements
Qualifications
Strong social media presence with confidence on camera
Proven content creation skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Experience in entertainment, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle events preferred
