We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support our Housekeeping leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations.

    Position Summary:
    The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. This role ensures the highest level of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while supervising and developing team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the housekeeping department's daily operations

    • Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and cleaning procedures

    • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas for quality assurance

    • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control of cleaning supplies and equipment

    • Help create and manage department schedules, ensuring adequate coverage

    • Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve service and performance goals

    • Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

    • Support compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

    • Maintain open communication with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel experience preferred)

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    • Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations in hospitality

    • Proficiency with housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required
