What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Clean Dream Team – Support the Executive Housekeeper and manage housekeeping and laundry operations when they’re away
- Coach & Train – Interview, train, and support Housekeepers and Laundry Team Members
- Set the Standard – Hold team members accountable to core values and performance expectations
- Room Readiness Pro – Assign daily room boards, hallways, and extra tasks while tracking late checkouts and early departures
- Quality Champion – Inspect due-out, vacant, and inspected rooms to ensure they exceed brand standards
- Fix It Fast – When something’s not right, guide team members to correct it immediately
- Jump In When Needed – Assist with room cleaning, laundry, and public area upkeep during busy times
- Behind-the-Scenes Organizer – Ensure storage rooms are stocked and organized; put away deliveries promptly
- Communication Hub – Work closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management to keep operations running smoothly
- Lost & Found Legend – Collect, log, and store items properly in software programs
- Schedule Support – Help ensure all shifts are covered fairly, including weekends, holidays, and call-ins
- Team Morale Booster – Maintain a positive attitude and support a respectful, upbeat work environment
Who You Are
- A natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting others
- Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and organization
- Calm, flexible, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and record keeping
- Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- At least 6 months of housekeeping or related experience
