Hotel Clermont & Tiny Lou's in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to join our vibrant team. As the Assistant F&B Manager, you will work closely with our culinary and service teams to deliver outstanding service and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: • Organize and oversee the staff schedules. • Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. • Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. • Estimate food and beverage costs. • Hire and train restaurant staff. • Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies. • Conduct daily inspections of restaurants and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. • Periodically evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service. • Maintain sales records and track cash receipts. • Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the F&B GM. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. • Excellent time management skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Previous restaurant experience is required; management experience is preferred. • Must be eligible to work in the USA. Compensation: $57,000 - $63,000
