    We are looking for a reliable and versatile Assistant Food & Beverage professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bartending and serving who is also eager to learn and support back-of-house operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide excellent service in both bar and floor settings

    Assist with daily front-of-house operations and guest experience

    Step in to support back-of-house tasks as needed (training provided)

    Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently

    Answer FOH-related questions and support team members during service

    Assist with planning and executing events

    Help maintain smooth operations in the absence of management

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in bartending and serving

    Willingness to learn back-of-house responsibilities

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends

    Ability to be on-call when needed, including covering shifts if management is out of town

    Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

    What We’re Looking For: Someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role requires initiative, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering great customer service.

    Wage DOE $40,000 - $60,000. Includes event comp and tips.
