We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality. How do I make an impact on my team?
Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets
Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients in the community to ensure guest loyalty
Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action
Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and physical count of all food & beverage related products
Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion to include banquet reconciliation, banquet tickets, and PMS postings.
What does success look like in this role?
1-3 years of food & beverage experience
Must have open availability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
