About the Role:

Join BODYBAR Pilates - Midtown Miami as our Assistant Front Desk Manager, where you will be the first point of contact for our vibrant community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fitness and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment management.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Support the Front Desk Manager in daily administrative tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Assist in onboarding new clients and promoting membership options.

Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class transitions.

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.

Passion for fitness and knowledge of Pilates is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
