    Position Summary:
    As Assistant Game Producer for our Interactive department, you'll be the connective tissue of a multidisciplinary team – organizing playtest reviews, managing task flows, and keeping our schedules on track. You'll work closely with producers, developers, and creatives to ensure we're always moving forward efficiently and effectively. This is a critical support role for a highly collaborative, agile team. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments, you'll be right at home.

    This is a one-year role with the opportunity to extend beyond the initial term.

    Key Responsibilities:**

    • Coordinate and schedule internal playtests, team reviews, and milestone check-ins.
    • Track tasks, deliverables, and timelines to ensure the team stays unblocked and aligned.
    • Facilitate clear communication across departments, surfacing risks and follow-ups as needed.
    • Help maintain project documentation and ensure key decisions and updates are well recorded.
    • Support the team with general production needs, including meeting notes, asset tracking, and sprint planning support.

    Qualifications & Skills:**

    • 2+ years of production or project coordination experience, ideally in a game, animation, VFX, or interactive media setting.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Clear communicator who can balance structure with creative flexibility.
    • Comfortable using production tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Monday, etc.) and learning new systems quickly.
    • Passionate about games, storytelling, and supporting a collaborative team.
    • Experience organizing playtests or QA feedback loops.
    • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar workflows.
    • Previous work in a cross-functional creative environment (design, engineering, art, etc.).

    The typical base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual offers will be determined based on experience. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires in CA, NY, NC, and UT. Actual offers will be determined using local market data for the identified candidate's geographic area and may vary from the stated range.
