Assistant General Manager – Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort (A Dazzler Select by Wyndham)

Soap Lake Resort is seeking a hands-on, versatile Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and elevate the guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and enjoys wearing multiple hats throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, and spa/wellness areas

Support, train, and coach staff to uphold brand and service standards

Help estabilish Lobby Cafe, market and Spa

Hands-on during off season and filling staffing gaps

Ensure room readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance coordination

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Assist with scheduling, payroll prep, and daily reporting

Serve as Manager-on-Duty when leadership is offsite

What You Bring

Minimum 2+ years hotel or resort operations experience required

Supervisory or shift-lead experience strongly preferred

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with hotel PMS systems, familiar with Wyndham Synxis is preferred.

Calm, professional presence and strong communication skills

Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed
