🍽️ What You’ll Do
Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service
Work kitchen and service stations regularly
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
Help us grow our catering program
✅ What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
Friendliness!
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Tech-friendly (Google Suite and R365 experience a plus)
A passion for real food and making a real impact
Someone who could potentially become our GM down the road
⚙️ Job Type + Environment
Full-time leadership role
Hands-on work in a fast-casual environment
Involves lifting up to 45 lbs, standing, cooking, and bending
Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts may be required
