We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Duties
Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support in their roles while fostering a positive work environment.
Manage inventory control, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and accounted for.
Oversee food preparation and catering services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize POS system for efficient order processing and financial tracking.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Train new employees on company policies, food handling procedures, and operational protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure quality food production and presentation.
Experience
Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Familiarity with bar operations and food preparation techniques is highly desirable.
Experience with inventory control systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
