The Audrey & Reel Luxury Cinema, an upscale and contemporary dining cinema located in the heart of The Woodlands, is seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager! Blending Old Hollywood glamour with modern sophistication, The Audrey offers a stylish atmosphere highlighted by crystal chandeliers, gold accents, and stunning views of Central Park. The Contemporary American menu features seasonal ingredients, including seafood towers, fresh pasta, and vibrant salads, making it an ideal setting for everything from romantic dinners to upscale brunches.
Who we are seeking: A people centric Assistant General Manager that will oversee every aspect of theater and restaurant operations. Communicate and uphold company expectations, vision, and core values. Maintain a professional and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility by enforcing sanitation standards, health regulations, and security system
Support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, training, incentive programs, and overall restaurant organization.
Step into GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through table visits, feedback engagement, and community relationship building.
Uphold company standards for food, service, and restaurant presentation.
Lead, coach, and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management.
Promote company culture, values, and policies while fostering a positive, hospitality-driven environment.
Develop and coach team members at all levels through regular feedback, one-on-one reviews, and consistent training to support growth and performance.
Enforce company policies and standards while addressing performance issues with fairness, accountability, and professionalism.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Able to multi-task
Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Customer service focused and solution oriented
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
In depth understanding of KPI's, specifically relating to COG's & Labor
