    Key Responsibilities

    Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and step in as needed to lead the team, make operational decisions, and uphold standards

    Monitor financial performance by tracking sales, labor, and food costs, assisting with budgets, and implementing cost-control measures

    Manage staff scheduling and coverage to optimize labor, reduce overtime, and ensure consistent service

    Assist with hiring and onboarding to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing team across all positions

    Resolve guest concerns or escalations professionally and promptly to maintain a positive dining experience, even during peak periods

    Coordinate with Back of House and Front of House teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow during busy service

    Support promotions, catering, and special events efficiently while maintaining daily operational standards

    Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is ready for service and secure after shifts

    Qualifications & Experience

    2 years of equivalent leadership experience

    Food Handler Card and TABC Certification required, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.

    Experience supervising FOH and BOH teams, coaching staff, and fostering a positive, productive culture, Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring employees to build capable, reliable teams.

    Skilled at handling escalated guest issues, maintaining service standards, and ensuring satisfaction during peak periods.

    Proven ability to manage operations in fast-paced, high-guest-count environments.

    Working knowledge of current company systems, including but not limited to Toast, R365, Tripleseat, Open Table, and standard Microsoft Office applications.

    Physical Abilities

    Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objecting weighing less than or equal to 45 pounds without assistance

    Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual activity

    Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift

    Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping

    Requires manual ability to use, carry, and operate all necessary equipment
