JOB SUMMARY:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff management, and program excellence at Barron Gymnastics at our new upcoming Ballwin, MO location. Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for athletes, parents, and staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in planning and executing gymnastics programs and special events.
Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Lead prime shifts while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.
Handle customer feedback and conflict resolution professionally.
Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic goals and community outreach.
Uphold and model the values and mission of Barron Gymnastics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in the gymnastics industry
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Student-focused and customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.
