    Assistant General Manager | Celtic Crossing

    Brazen Restaurant Group is looking for a dynamic, team-oriented Assistant General Manager to help lead our flagship location in the heart of Cooper-Young.

    At Celtic Crossing, we pride ourselves on being more than just a pub; we are a community hub. We need an AGM who brings a strong floor presence, a "lead-by-example" mentality, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. You will work closely with the General Manager and ownership to ensure our standards of service, culture, and profitability remain the best in Memphis.

    The Role

    As AGM, you are the heartbeat of the daily operation. Your focus will be on:

    Team Leadership: Mentoring staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment.

    Operational Excellence: Assisting the GM in managing COGS, labor costs, and overall restaurant health.

    Guest Experience: Ensuring every guest feels the "Celtic" hospitality, from the quality of the pour to the atmosphere on the patio.

    Strategic Growth: Partnering with the executive team to implement new ideas that drive sales and improve efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Experience: 1+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

    Leadership: A proven track record of training staff and building cohesive teams.

    Tech Savvy: Comfortable with POS systems, basic Office software (Excel/Word), and restaurant tech.

    Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of restaurant math and P&L levers.

    Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business requires.
