    Assistant General Manager – D1 Training Alliance

    We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager (full-time, salaried) to join our team. This role is focused on lead generation, phone outreach, and setting in-person appointments. You’ll work incoming leads, make 150+ daily calls, and drive conversions. It’s a high-energy, high-reward role—and a clear pathway to becoming a General Manager.

    What You’ll Do

    Call, connect, convert: Handle inbound leads from multiple sources with consistent outreach.

    Drive results: Set, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize show rates.

    Own your pipeline: Follow up with warm leads, past inquiries, and referrals.

    Track performance: Report daily KPIs (calls, sets, confirms, shows).

    Support the mission: Help youth athletes, parents, and adults start their training journey.

    Minimum Requirements

    3–5 years in sales, customer service, or lead management (fitness/retail/hospitality a plus)

    Confident on the phone and experienced with CRM tools

    Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

    Active, healthy lifestyle that aligns with our performance culture (If fitness isn't a core value, this isn’t the role for you)

    High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

    Bonus if You Have:

    Experience in a membership-based business (gym, sports program, etc.)

    Familiarity with gym/CRM platforms (Mindbody, GoHighLevel, etc.)

    Background in coaching, fitness, or athletics
