    The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and strengthening community relationships. This role plays a key part in securing team training deals, building school and sports organization partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional member experience aligned with D1 standards.

    The AGM is a leader, relationship-builder, and brand ambassador who helps translate D1’s mission into measurable business results.

    Business Operations & Leadership

    Support daily facility operations and assist with staff scheduling and coverage

    Enforce D1 brand standards, policies, and operational procedures

    Assist with staff development, accountability, and performance management

    Collaborate with the General Manager on retention, revenue, and growth strategies

    Communicate effectively with the D1 Home Office and regional leadership

    Partnerships, Sales & Community Engagement

    Lead and support team training deals and partnerships

    Build and maintain relationships with schools, sports programs, and community organizations

    Represent D1 Training at community, school, and marketing events

    Support membership sales, referrals, and local outreach initiatives

    Strengthen D1’s presence and reputation within the local market

    Member Experience & Retention

    Ensure a high-level customer experience across all touchpoints

    Assist with assessments, onboarding, and goal alignment for members

    Address member concerns professionally and efficiently

    Support initiatives that maximize retention and long-term engagement
