We are now seeking a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our dynamic front-of-house team and uphold the standards our guests expect and deserve.

The Role: The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring impeccable guest service, and fostering a positive team culture. This leadership position is ideal for a hands-on, hospitality-driven professional with a deep understanding of fine dining service and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations

Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and dining room teams

Handle guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency

Manage floor presence during service, ensuring attention to detail and consistency

Assist in scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and compliance

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service

Uphold and model the restaurant’s brand values, standards, and hospitality culture

Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality

Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and worldly cuisine

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

High energy, professional demeanor, and a passion for guest satisfaction

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
