We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our cannabis retail store. Working closely with the General Manager, this role is responsible for helping lead the team, maintain regulatory compliance, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive overall store performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, retail experience in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the cannabis industry. Responsibilities: • Assist the general manager in the day-to-day operations • Recommend improvements that will improve profitability by analyzing performance and identifying problem areas • Ensure that all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, as well as any corporate or brand-established policies and practices, are followed Qualifications: • 2–4 years of retail management experience, cannabis experience preferred • Strong understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations (training available) • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, regulated retail setting • Experience using both Metrc & Dutchie • Background in inventory management & control required • Must be able to pass all required background checks Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
