What You’ll Do

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, strong team dynamics, and consistently excellent service.

Operations & Leadership

Support daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching a high-performing team

Help manage inventory, supplies, and facility needs

Step in as acting manager when the GM is off-site or unavailable

Sales & Member Experience

Assist in driving membership and personal training sales through lead outreach and in-gym initiatives

Support the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience

Help resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with the GM and marketing team to promote in-gym events and community engagement

What You Bring

1-2 years of experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred A natural leader with the ability to motivate, support, and develop others Sales-minded with a focus on outreach, promotions, and hitting goals Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve personal success Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
