WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead your crew with the kind of confidence that inspires and the kindness that keeps people around.
Build a guest experience that feels like magic — consistent, elevated, unforgettable.
Be the house expert in wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and flex your teaching muscles. (Somm cert = bragging rights.)
Know food like it’s a second language — techniques, flavors, regions, pairings, all of it.
Drive results in sales, service, training, quality, cleanliness, and vibes.
Help create a workspace where people want to work, grow, laugh, and high-five.
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years in management/supervision in a full-service restaurant.
2+ years on the floor (server, bartender, captain — you’ve done the dance).
Working knowledge of POS/Toast, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, G-Suite, and the digital nuts and bolts.
ServSafe Manager & TIPS certified (or willing to become certified — we’ve got you).
Physical readiness to lift, bend, carry, sprint, and handle the “whoa that’s hot!” stuff.
Availability on nights, weekends, holidays — hospitality never sleeps.
Integrity, curiosity, humility, guts, and the spark to be world famous in your craft.
