We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating operational excellence, team leadership, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Spanish fluency is required to support our diverse team and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Hotel General Manager in day-to-day operations
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns
Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure full compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Familiarity with hotel management systems and operational tools is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000
