In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities to ensure the continued success of the restaurant. Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and uphold quality control across the restaurant. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. • Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve store goals and drive performance. • Supervise all restaurant staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. • Lead by example and support the development of your team. Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Completion of the Papa John’s Manager Development Program through our training platform. • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction. • Previous restaurant management experience or experience in a similar role is a plus. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
