As the Assistant General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You will also play a key role in creating a positive work environment and upholding Papa John’s values and culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities to ensure the continued success of the restaurant. Qualifications: • Willingness to accept a General Manager position if a position becomes available in a reasonable distance. • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role is preferred. • Completion of Papa John’s Manager Development Program through our in-house training platform. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
