Understanding of R365 and TOAST
Coursing and Wine/Food Pairings
Coaching/Mentoring staff
Ability to write schedules
Understanding of multiple departments in the FOH
Understanding of beverage program, staff training, and wine list placements and the ability to work with bartenders to create new drinks for our seasonally changing cocktail menu
Enjoy collaboration with the management team to improve systems and solve problems
Leadership is a must and fostering a learning environment for our staff is essential to our concept We truly believe in cultivating and developing our restaurant management team to produce great results
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 with performance based incentives
