Position Summary:
The Assistant General Manager works closely with the Owner and Lead Instructor to assure the performance and success of the studio, including, but not limited to staffing, scheduling, cleaning, lead nurture, sales, and studio maintenance.

Qualifications:
Strong management and leadership abilities
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred

Responsibilities:
Hire, train, coach/mentor, and schedule Member Experience Associates for times when not in the studio
Work with the Owner and Lead Instructor to assure we meet membership growth, revenue, and expense expectations
Work with the Owner and Lead Instructor to assure an excellent member experience
Lead nurture with the goal of driving prospect trial
Sell membership, packages, personal training, wellness programs, and retail
Perform community outreach and plan/execute community events
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
