We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and help us deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a critical role in day-to-day operations, supporting the General Manager in overseeing all departments, ensuring service excellence, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational insight, guest service expertise, and a passion for hospitality and lifestyle brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing overall resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreation.
Serve as the acting General Manager in their absence.
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent, elevated guest experiences across all touchpoints.
Support hiring, training, and development of department managers and staff.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate on marketing, events, and guest engagement strategies that reflect the resort’s lifestyle brand.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Manage operational budgets and control expenses to meet financial goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of hospitality management experience in a resort, lifestyle hotel, or similar setting.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in resort or hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, RMS, etc.).
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
