Assistant General Manager – The Living Room on Main Dunedin, FL | Full-Time

The Living Room on Main is being reimagined—and this is your opportunity to lead something extraordinary.

At The Feinstein Group, we don’t just operate restaurants—we build experiences, develop talent, and raise the standard for what hospitality can be. The Living Room on Main is entering a bold new chapter under the culinary leadership of Chef Aaron Coffey (formerly of The Inn at Little Washington), and we are seeking an Assistant General Manager who is ready to help shape the future.

This is more than a job posting. It’s a call to those who want to lead with purpose, grow with a company on the rise, and become part of a movement that’s transforming how restaurants operate and how teams are empowered.

    About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team. You’ll lead by example, foster a culture of hospitality and accountability, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll be working in lockstep with our culinary team to deliver excellence in every area—from execution and cleanliness to team morale and guest satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to lead, who takes ownership, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment built on trust and high standards.

    What You'll Be Responsible For

Hiring, training, and inspiring FOH staff with a focus on performance and retention

Creating smart, efficient schedules that place the right people in the right roles, at the right times

Supporting and maintaining standards through Fusion Prep and other tools

Enforcing all safety and quality protocols to ensure consistency and compliance

Leading pre-shifts, monthly staff meetings, and regular trainings

Driving financial performance through effective labor and cost control

Working closely with culinary leadership to ensure alignment and execution

Upholding our company culture and values—Welcome H.O.M.E. (Hospitality, Opportunity, Meritocracy, Excellence)

Proactively solving problems and diffusing guest or team concerns with professionalism and empathy

Ensuring seamless money handling, drawer balancing, and reporting

Creating an environment of pride, performance, and mutual respect

    What We’re Looking For

3+ years of leadership experience in a $4M+ restaurant or bar

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

A coach's mentality—supportive, direct, and committed to high standards

Passion for hospitality and the guest experience

Familiarity with tools like Toast POS, Restaurant365, and Fusion Prep (preferred)

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

A sense of urgency paired with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail

    ServSafe certification is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    Industry-leading bonus program

    50% company-contributed health insurance

    Dental and vision insurance available

    Free meals while working

    Weekly paycheck

50% off when dining off the clock at any of our Feinstein Group concepts:

    The Living Room – Dunedin

A people-first culture that celebrates achievement and promotes from within

Access to mentorship, leadership development, and long-term career growth

    The Opportunity

This is a chance to help redefine a respected brand, elevate a team, and take your own career to new heights in the process. We're not looking for someone to simply run shifts—we're looking for a leader who wants to be part of building something meaningful.

If you’re hungry to grow, passionate about hospitality, and committed to excellence, this is your moment.

Apply now and help us shape the future of The Living Room.
