    About the Role:

    We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly organized individual to join our regional tour catering team. In this role, you’ll lead a mobile crew that provides top-tier food service to touring artists, crew, and production teams. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for hospitality and live events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead, manage, and motivate the catering crew at each tour location

    Coordinate daily logistics with venue contacts, tour managers, and kitchen leads

    Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering operations on-site

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

    Manage equipment loading/unloading and maintain inventory

    Resolve on-site challenges quickly and professionally

    Support dietary accommodations and food presentation with the culinary team

    Accurately track employee hours, manage team scheduling, and report expenses

    Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff

    Requirements:

    5+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, or live events

    At least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

    Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    Comfortable working long hours, including nights and weekends

    Willing and able to travel for extended periods

    Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

    A valid driver's license is required (ability to drive a 26-foot box truck).
