KidStrong is a fast-growing child development training center that empowers kids through movement, mindset, and character. We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who’s ready to lead teams, coach classes, drive sales, and build a thriving community.

Responsibilities

Support the general manager daily operations, sales, and team leadership

Coach high-energy classes for kids ages 1–11

Deliver an exceptional experience to families and members

Manage staff schedules, onboarding, and training

Drive sales and enrollments through outreach, tours, and follow-ups

Build relationships with families and local partners

Ensure brand standards, safety, and class quality

Qualifications

Energetic, organized, and great with people

Experience in coaching, sales, leadership, or customer service

Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking

Passion for child development and team culture

Compensation & Perks

$38,000 - $42,000 + performance-based bonus
